Composite decking is a popular, environmentally friendly alternative to natural wood and NewTechWood’s fully capped boards are weather resistant, stain resistant and the most natural looking composite timber on the market – the perfect combination for functional sophistication. Requiring next to no maintenance, our composite decking allows you more time to live on your deck and less time looking after it.
Profiles
NewTech wood decking boards are 138mm wide, 25mm thick and are supplied as 5.4m lengths. These solid boards require 450mm joist spacings and are suitable for use in commercial applications. The grooved edge board utilizes concealed clip fixing system or for those who prefer a traditional top fixed screw, a square edged board is also available.
The boards have two faces and can be laid either way up. The textured side gives a more natural look and feel and has an R11 Slip Resistance rating which is very popular in commercial applications and around swimming pools. The reverse side of the board has a smoother, brushed finish however when used this way, the R11 Slip Rating will not apply.
NewTechWood provide a range of finishing boards to use for fascias, picture framing, breaker boards, stairs and screening.

IPE, TEAK and WALNUT reflect the colours and textures of natural hardwoods, whilst SILVER GREY, ANTIQUE and BLACKBUTT provide an option to match to more contemporary decors.
