  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or have made a mistake when purchasing.
  • However we will consider a return or replacement if the request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods- provided only that the goods are still in their original new condition, unused, and have not been exposed to the weather. (A 20% handling fee/restocking fee may apply and freight charge may apply if we need to pick the goods up).
  • You can request a full refund or exchange if an item you purchased is damaged, faulty or not as described when you purchased it.
  • Returns &/or requests for a refund/return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Refunds will be re-credited to your credit card or deposited into your nominated bank account within two business days.
  • If the item you are returning was custom-made, specially ordered, cut to size or processed in any other way, no refund will be made unless the goods were supplied by us in a damaged or faulty condition.
