Pick Up from Mornington Warehouse
Our warehouse is open between 7:30 am & 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday; 7:30 am to 3 pm Fridays & 9 am to 11:30 am on Saturday. It is recommended that your order is placed prior to arrival at our warehouse to avoid any delay- a member of our team will contact you to confirm a pick-up time.
Mornington Peninsula & Southern Bayside Deliveries
We will endeavour to accommodate next-day delivery where possible when orders are placed prior to 11 am on a weekday. If the delivery is urgent and we have the product in stock- please get in touch with our office directly during business hours to discuss options.
Regional Deliveries
We recommend that a minimum of 48 hours is allowed for freight outside of our regular Mornington Peninsula distribution areas.
Delivery Times
We schedule our deliveries the afternoon prior for delivery between 8 am and 3 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be arranged in special circumstances.
Special Orders
Some products are not kept in stock but can generally be made as a ‘Special Order’ with a 48-72 hour lead time. You will be advised by a team member approximately when you can expect to collect or have delivered. Special Orders can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
Freight Charges
Our standard freight fee covers the delivery to site only- additional charges may apply if access is limited and a crane is required or assistance is required to hand unload (extra charges may apply).
